FEP looks primarily at business services providers such as:

• Health care and life sciences services
• Financial services
• Energy services
• Media and marketing services
• Other outsourcing and software services

 

FEP seeks companies with the following characteristics:

• Established businesses with a track record of profitability and cash flows
• Leadership in a niche market
• Minimum profits of approximately $1 million
• Barriers to entry and clear competitive advantage
• Growth potential
• Location in the U.S. or Canada
