Overview of Family Equity Partners (FEP)

Family Equity Partners is a unique, privately held firm focused on acquiring and actively managing lower market Internet- and technolgy-enabled companies. We bring our first hand experience in on- and offline marketing, technology development, business development, M&A, management, and both consumer and enterprise sales in order to take hands on roles in the companies we acquire. We build value by contributing both capital and dedicated, full-time operating talent in order to capture unrealized growth potential. FEP also brings particular experience with and appreciation for the issues facing family-owned businesses.

FEP investments and acquisitions provide liquidity to existing owners, investment capital for growth and equity participation for management and employees. FEP also works with owners and operators who are looking for a transition or succession plan for their businesses. We welcome opportunities where current management/ownership will not be staying on, since we take a very hands-on approach to growing our businesses from the ground up.
